Description:
This beef chili has the perfect combination of spices which makes this dish great all year round. Plenty of spice, but not too hot. Great for those cold winter days.

Ingredients:

3 Lbs. Ground Beef
2-28 oz Crushed Italian Tomatoes
2-16 oz Red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1-16 oz Pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1-8 oz Tomato paste
1-12 oz Beef broth
5 Cloves fresh garlic, chopped
2 Medium onions, finely chopped
1 Green pepper, seeded and diced
1 Long red pepper, seeded and diced
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil
6 tbsp. Chili powder
2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
2 tbsp. Cumin
10 dashes Hot sauce
2 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Black pepper
Directions:
  1. In a large pot over medium/high heat, add olive oil and crumble and brown beef; drain fat.

  2. Add meat and all other ingredients to 6 Quart Crock-Pot.

  3. Mix very well and cook for 8-10 hrs. on low.

  4. Stir well. Garnish and serve with cheddar cheese and biscuits.
