Ingredients:
3 cans of tuna in Spring Water, do not drain
1 Egg
3 tbsp cornmeal or flour
6 Crushed Saltines
Salt, Pepper to taste
1/4 cup of finely diced onion, celery, bell pepper
Directions:
Mix all together in small bowl
Form into patties.
Cook until golden in non-stick pan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.
