Ingredients:
2 cans diced tomatoes (32oz)
2 cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos (12oz)
1 bunch of fresh cilantro (just the leaves)
1 bunch of green onions (cut off bottom root ends)
2 tsp diced garlic
1 tbl lime juice
1 fresh jalapeno (or pepper of choice)
Directions:
Place both large cans of tomatoes in a blender with the cilantro, green onion (stalks cut in half), garlic, lime juice and jalapeno. Blend for 1-2 mins and place in a bowl. Open and drain juice from the 2 small can of tomatoes place them in the bowl with the blended mix. Stir and serve.
