This is a great twist on a classic chicken angelo dish.

Ingredients:

4 chicken breast (boneless/skinless)

3/4 cup white wine

3/4 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup green olives

1 can quartered artichokes (drained)

1/2 tsp italian seasoning

2 cloves minced garlic

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 cups flour

Salt & pepper (to taste)

12 oz pasta (optional)
Directions:
  1. In a deep frying pan place butter and garlic and melt together over medium heat. While butter is heating up dredge chicken in flour shake off excess, place it in the hot butter and brown on both sides. Add italian seasoning, artichokes, green olives, chicken broth, white wine and salt & pepper. Saute over high heat until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Serve at once.

  2. If you're going to do the pasta start the water when you are melting the butter and serve the chicken angelo over the pasta.
