Ingredients:

1 9 oz jar of fruit chutney
1 cup dried fruit and raisin mixture
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 2 to 2-1/2 lb ham steak
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine chutney, fruit and raisin mixture, vinegar and pepper in a medium bowl; mix well.

  2. Place ham steak in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

  3. Spoon chutney mixture on top of ham in baking dish and cover evenly.

  4. Bake ham steak until it is hot and chutney mixture is bubbling slightly, about 20-25 minutes.

  5. Serve hot.
