Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, halved (not boneless)
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large zip bag.
Add chicken pieces, coating one at a time and removing before adding more.
Shake to coat all sides of the chicken breast in the seasoned flour.
Put margarine or butter in shallow baking pan and melt in oven.
Add chicken and turn to coat with the margarine or butter.
