Ingredients:

 3 or 4 lb Boneless Pork Shoulder (aka Pork Butt)
 1 cup of water
 3 tbsp McCormick Roasted Garlic & Herb spice or 1 package
of dry onion soup mix)
 1 Medium size onion (sliced thick)
 1 Small onion (chopped)
 2 cups Jack Daniels Honey Smokehouse BBQ sauce
 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions:
  1. Place half of the onion slices in bottom of slow cooker.

  2. Rub Roasted garlic spice on dry pork roast and place roast on top of onions.

  3. Place the other half of onion slices on top of roast.

  4. Add water to bottom of cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.

  5. Remove roast to shredding dish and empty all remaining items from cooker.

  6. When warm to touch, hand pull apart or fork shred roast. Place shredded pork, chopped onion, BBQ sauce and vinegar back into empty cooker. Mix well and heat on high for 1 to 2 hours.

  7. Serve on soft bun or hamburger roll with coleslaw or baked beans on the side.
